These sample packs range from pop drum samples, rock & heavy drum loops, funky breaks & grooves, blues shuffle and jazz beats, through to samples suitable for dance and electronic samples and effects.

Technique

All drum recordings are played using the 'moeller' technique on different size drums & percussion instruments.

Original-Music provide drum sample packs that contain live drum loops, grooves, beats, breaks, one shot recordings & hits. These have been played at different volumes and can be purchased from the above links allowing you to program your own drum tracks that will sound like a real drummer.

To help you do this we have included a basic moella recording, where you can sample all the basic moella hits played on each hand. This recording includes; "the full stroke, ''the down stroke'', ''the up stroke'' and ''the tap stroke''.

Formats

All files are available in rex2, 16 & 24bit Wav. & Aiff. They are available in various dry, un-processed formats and processed sounds allowing you to create your own unique sound, by adding your own effects.

All audio has been taken from professional, live, high quality, 24 bit multi track recordings. They are mainly grooves centered around the hi-hat, bass (kick) drum and other different size snares.

Improve your work flow with our sample pack which includes dry, unprocessed drum loops with live in the pocket timing and processed drum loops, hits and beats that are processed in time, to synchronize with sequenced music. BPM can be adjusted using our rex2 files.

Tempo

Most files include original (bpm) tempo info as well as how many bars the loop is (ranging from 1-4).
No electric drums have been used in this pack. All sounds originate from acoustic drum recordings. This gives the sample more air and movement when compared to electronic drums. All our drum loops are played by our session drummer and carefully edited, individually, by hand.
